We have focused heavily on the fit-out of large corporate offices, acting for both landlord and tenants alike, to maximise claims for capital allowances including reviews of energy saving/environmentally beneficial assets to accelerate the tax relief, reviews of landlord contributions and tenant inducements.

In his Advisor role, Ben does far less advising and much more socialising but ensures the biscuit tin is topped up.
