Jonathan's experience includes all aspects of capital allowances consultancy particularly in relation to commercial property fit-out/refurbishment projects, across a wide variety of sectors ranging from commercial offices, care home/health facilities, manufacturing facilities, hotel and leisure projects, infrastructure projects, transportation/distribution facilities and sports stadia.
We have focused heavily on the fit-out of large corporate offices, acting for both landlord and tenants alike, to maximise claims for capital allowances including reviews of energy saving/environmentally beneficial assets to accelerate the tax relief, reviews of landlord contributions and tenant inducements.

Magic Breakfast
Tenterden Consulting has been a supporter of Magic Breakfast since 2013 and during that time has donated almost £9,000 to this great charity (which equates to over 40,000 breakfasts!).
"Being able to support Magic Breakfast has been one of the highlights of running Tenterden Consulting. I have always believed that having a good breakfast sets you up for the day and hearing stories of children going to school hungry made me really want to support the good work of Magic Breakfast. In this day and age children in the UK shouldn't be going to school hungry but sadly this is the case for too many children. By providing a breakfast at school these children are better able to focus in class which will hopefully in turn mean they are able to do better at school." - Jonathan
